1. List at least 3 things you've learned since you started working on your senior project.






  Throughout this process I have gained much personal growth of becoming a leader.
So far the research has been one of the most essential keys to my future success.  I have also learned a lot from my interviews.  They have given me much to consider when it comes to leading and delegating others.  After learning all these methods (so far) of leadership, I practice what kind of leading is best for my club.
  The key elements in running my club is 1) Be organized 2) Stay in control and relaxed and 3) Think quickly and deviate from the plan if necessary. These three elements are the most vital concepts I have learned this year as a leader.

2. Post evidence of this accomplishment. It can be in the form of a picture, video, document, etc. 
 As a teenage leader, it is very important that I must be aware of my emotions when it comes to leading others.  Also, I must be aware of others of how they are feeling and make sure that they are comfortable in their environment.  I always consider this when I am leading others during the Companion Club.  I created music before the club starts  so this will create a  loose and open environment.  Unfortunately I do not have any pictures of the Companion Club or videos.  This video, however, tells about social and emotional intelligence, which really helps a leader lead.

What is the most effective leadership quality for running a business?
(1) Define possible terms in your EQ (e.g. successful, effective).  
In my EQ, in this case, 'most effective' means most powerful in aiding a business when focusing on a leadership trait. During my service learning I will be examining which leadership skill effects people the most as well as the effect of the number of people.
'Running' means what leadership quality is most effective during the work hours of a regular business.

(2) So far based on your research, what are possible answers to your EQ? 
Because this answer is strictly opinion based, I've noticed that integrity, trust, competence, and vision are highly recognized in my research and are used in many different scenarios especially while working in an organization


(3) What has been your most important printed source and why?

The article is called How to Build a Team Using Commitment and Trust because it taught me what a leader needs to have when it comes to having a vision, fulfilling that vision into productivity, and reaching it to the final product.




Q: What is your topic?
A: My topic is Leadership.

Q: Why did you choose this topic?
A: I chose this topic because I want to learn the skills and research the ideal traits for becoming an effective leader. I plan to take the skills that I will I learn and apply it to college for the years to come. I am planning to become a sociology major and I feel that this topic will really benefit me in the long run.

Q; What do you hope to accomplish after studying this topic all year?
A:  In the end, I hope to becoming an outstanding leader. After all the research, independent tasks, and sevice learning, I hope that everything will come out as planned.
